Search the location thoroughly, trying to clear the entire map from the fog of war. Sooner or later you will come across strange green and blue mushrooms. After collecting the first two, continue clearing the location of monsters until one of them drops red mushroom. If there are no mobs left on the map and the item you need for the quest still hasn't dropped, move to the camp and use the teleporter to return to the Corrupted Summit. Before teleporting hold down the Ctrl key to recreate the location.

Having collected multi-colored mushrooms (red, blue, green mushroom) in your inventory, find a special place with an NPC in the same location Keeper of the Cauldron.
Where to find the Cauldron Keeper
The Cauldron Keeper in PoE 2 is located in the Corrupted Summit location, in an area called Seething Shelter. There is always a checkpoint near key places on the map, focus on it. Go up the stairs and, if you see the inscription on the screen "The Quiet Old Woman", so you've come to the right place. There's a cauldron in this place, and a Keeper is sitting next to her, you can trade with her. To complete the quest, click on the cauldron three times, after each click the flame underneath it will flare up.
Rewards for completing the quest
Once all quest items from the inventory are placed in the cauldron, blue HP and Mana flasks with random modifiers will drop out of it.
