Kazuha's abilities

All Kazuha's skills are designed to trigger the Dispersion reaction and interact with Pyro, Hydro, Cryo or Electro elements, but the hero is also not deprived of his own damage. In the team, he plays the role of a support and a sub-DD at the same time, helping the team with a buff, a coupler and additional damage from his abilities. In combat, Kazuha uses all three talents, each with its own nuances and secret mechanics.

Next, we will analyze all Kazuha's skills, give recommendations on how to use them in battle, and also tell you in what order it is better to upgrade skills.

Basic skills (active skills)

  • Garyu Swordsmanship (Normal/Charged Attack and Falling Attack)

Normal Attack: Performs five quick physical strikes. damage.

Charged Attack: Performs 2 instant physical slams. damage with the cost of stamina.

When attacking from the air, the hero hits all enemies in his path, dealing damage in an area when colliding with the ground.

If Chihayafuru's elemental skill was activated before, then Kazuha's sword, when performing a falling attack, is endowed with Anemo infusion and attacks with this element. The effect does not apply to normal and charged attacks.

  • Chihayafuru (elemental skill)

Cooldown time: 6-9 seconds.

Short press: creates a weak stream of air and lifts Kazuha to a small height. The best choice when a screed is not needed and more frequent blowing is a priority.

Long press: creates a powerful funnel into which nearby enemies fall. Kazuha flies high into the air and can perform an Anemo falling attack as well as dealing additional Hydro/Cryo/Pyro/Electro elemental damage. What element the hero attacks with depends on the elemental status on the enemies during takeoff.

Some opponents are weak to strong blows and such an impact can scatter them in different directions. If this happens, then don't use a falling attack after the E-shki.

If the falling attack was not made after activating the elemental skill and Kazuha did not land on the ground, then the Anemo infusion on the sword will persist for 10 seconds from the moment Midare Ranzan is activated. Her action is indicated by a translucent circle around Kazuha.

The elemental skill can be cast while in the air. Use it to stay in the air longer and make it easier to explore the world.

Also, with its help, it is convenient to collect materials for farming that have fallen from enemies.

  • Kazuha Strike (Elemental Explosion)

Duration: 8 sec.

Cooldown time: 15 sec.

Energy consumption: 60 units.

A blade strike like a coming storm. Kazuha deals damage to Anemo once, and then leaves the field "Autumn Whirlwind". If at the time of activation Kazuha or enemies inside the field did not have the status of Pyro, Electro, Hydro or Pyro of the elements, then the ult will periodically damage opponents Anemo damage.

If there was an elemental status, then Kazuha's ult will turn into the color of the element and will hit enemies not with Anemo damage, but with the element that was absorbed. It is important to take into account that if there are opponents with different elements inside the field, the priority of absorbing elements will work. It depends on him which element the ult will turn into. The order looks like this: Pyro→Hydro→Electro→Cryo.

For example, if there were two opponents inside the field, one of which had Hydro status, and the second Electro, then the ult will turn into Hydro when activated. The absorbed element cannot be changed.

The order of pumping

When leveling up Kazuha's abilities, the first thing to consider is how the hero is built.

  • The talent level does not affect the damage dealt by the dispel reaction. Therefore, if you want to collect Kazuha only in mastery of the elementsthen abilities can not download, this will not affect the strength of the samurai's buff or his blow damage.
  • If you chose a crit or hybrid build, then first evenly increase all three talents Kazuhi until level 6, then focus on elemental skill и ult. normal attack You can also increase, but it is not a priority.

Passive skills

The rustle of the windBaseThe stamina cost of party members while sprinting is reduced by 20%. Does not stack with similar effects.
flying blade2nd Ascension PhaseIf Chihayafuru comes into contact with Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro Element, absorption occurs (once). This causes an additional 200% of attack damage to be dealt by the corresponding element while falling.
The poetry of the song of the wind4nd Ascension PhaseThe Dispel Reaction triggered by Kazuha grants party members a 0,04% elemental damage bonus to the corresponding element. The maximum amount of boost is affected by the amount of elemental mastery Kazuha himself has. The effect lasts 8 seconds, and bonuses from different elements can exist at the same time.

Constellations

Recommended Constellations for Kazuha - C1, C2 и С6:

  • The first constellation will allow more frequent use elemental skill. This will increase the damage of the hero, make it easier to tie up enemies and remove problems with gaining energy to activate the ult on the rollback.
  • The second gives a huge buff on mastery of the elements both for the squad and for Kazuha himself, which increases the damage of allies and the strength of the buff on elemental damage. But note that the buff from the second constellation does not work as a snapshot for Dendro reactions. For example, if you activate Fischl's E-box and then switch to another character, then Kazuha's additional mastery from C2 will not be counted towards the damage of the raven during the Stimulation or Vegetation reaction. To maintain the buff, you need to constantly keep the hero in an active position.
  • The sixth constellation opens the way to a full main-dd build, as it infuses Anemo's normal, charged, and falling attacks.

Advantages and disadvantages of Kazuha

Kazuha is an Anemo hero who takes the role of a buffer and sub-dp at the same time in the team, and also provides comfort in the battle and exploration of the world. He is deservedly considered one of the strongest in the game and has many advantages, but there are also a few disadvantages that need to be taken into account.

Advantages Disadvantages
Provides constant control over opponents, creating a powerful screed. The dynamic combat style is not very convenient when playing from mobile devices, as it requires the rapid pressing of several buttons.
It shows itself well both in teams of one element, and in squads from elemental reactions. Since it can distribute a buff on elemental damage only to the element with which the Dispersion reaction occurred, it does not play well in units with Geo and Dendro characters.
The ability to rise into the air when the elemental skill is activated makes it possible to avoid enemy attacks. The low base attack stat makes Kazuha's crit build difficult to build, as it requires an attack power buffer to the team.
Makes it easier to explore the world by reducing the stamina cost when sprinting, E-shka and the ability to pull the received farming materials after the battle. Ascension materials are located in Inazuma, which is not good for beginners who have not yet made it to this region.
Easy to assemble, as for a quality result, you can maximize only one stat in artifacts.

Best builds for Kazuha in Genshin Impact

During combat, Kazuha deals damage by interacting with allied elements through the Dispel reaction. The mechanics of his buff allow you not to give up your own damage, but the effectiveness of the buff can vary depending on the set of stats. Kazuha's builds are divided into two types: the build through mastery of the elements and the build through crits.

  • In the build through the mastery of the elements, Kazuha does not need crits and attack power, and from other characteristics, only energy recovery is useful. This build of Kazuha is designed for the maximum buff of allies, and is easier to build.
  • In Kazuha's crit build, there is a decrease in the buff of allies in exchange for an increase in the samurai's own damage.

Each of Kazuha's builds are good in their own way. We will tell you in which cases it is more profitable to choose a specific assembly.

Build through Elemental Mastery Build via crit. chance and crit. damage
Suitable for beginners, as it requires minimal investment in farming artifacts and weapons. It requires the selection of high-quality artifacts and expensive weapons, which takes a lot of time and resources.
The best option for a situation when the heroes are not yet collected well enough and the maximum buff is important to them. If the characters for the future squad with Kazuha are able to complete the content without him, therefore they do not need the maximum buff.
There is a second constellation that gives more buffing and damage options.

Recommended characteristic values

Regardless of the specific build of Kazuha, his stats must have an indicator of elemental mastery, as this is a key characteristic for the dispel reaction. Builds differ in different ratios of MC and other stats, as well as the presence of crits and Anemo damage. For this reason, you can also assemble a hybrid build, finding a middle ground for yourself.

Build through Elemental Mastery

Consider what stats are needed for MC Assembly Kazuhi:

Crete. the chance in the table is indicated when using Favonius one-handed sword. If Kazuha was given another weapon, then this characteristic can be neglected. Choose the stat in the crown based on what parameter is missing. If you're having trouble with your crit. chance to activate Favonia's passive, then take a hat on a crit. chance with maximum elemental mastery in substat, and vice versa.

What are the final characteristics to strive for in this build:

  • Elemental Mastery: 800+ if the weapon is on energy recovery. If it is on MC, then 1000 for the maximum buff.
  • Energy recovery: from 170% and above. If there is the first constellation and / or the sword of Favonius, then 140% is enough.
  • Crit Chance (using favonia): above 30%. Usually heroes with this weapon need 50%+ for a stable passive activation, but Kazuha's mechanics allow him to hit 4 times in a short time when activating his E-pat, fall attack and ult. Therefore, a lower value of crit. the chance is acceptable for him, since Kazuha has more chances to trigger crit. hit..

What values should you aim for?

  • Elemental Mastery: 500-650 units If you have C2 and want to add even more crit. chance and crit. damage can be reduced to 400, as Kazuha will gain an Elemental Mastery buff from this const.
  • Energy recovery: from 170% and above. If there is a first constellation, then 140% is enough.
  • ATK: from 1200-1500.
  • Chance of crit and crit. damage: ratio 1:2 (for example, 60 ksh and 120 ku).

Best weapon

The choice of weapons for Kazuha depends on the build and the missing stats that could not be filled with the help of artifacts:

  • Weapon for Kazuhi through elemental mastery must contain stat MS or energy recovery.
  • Weapon for Kazuhi through crits must have a crit. chance and crit. damage, and also, preferably, a high basic attack to compensate for the lack of attack power in the characteristics of artifacts. Elemental Mastery is still extremely useful for any Kazuha build, but having the right crit balance is way too important for this build. The exception is Kazuha's signature, which increases the overall damage and damage from falling attacks, as well as attack power.

Weapons to build Kazuha through Elemental Mastery

We advise you to choose the following weapon for Kazuha, which targets the damage from the Dispel reaction and the team's maximum buff to elemental damage:

NameDescriptionRecommendation
Youth BoreaFreedom-Sworn
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
46 ~ 608
Elemental Mastery:
43 ~ 198
Millennium Symphony increases damage dealt by 10%-20%. Calling an elemental reaction grants the character one Talisman of Empowerment. It can occur once every 0.5 seconds, even when the character is in a squad but not active. Two collected Talismans of Empowerment disappear for 12 sec. granting nearby party members Millennium Symphony: Hymn of Rebellion, which increases the damage of normal attacks, charged attacks, and falling attacks by 16%-32% and attack power by 20%-40%. Within 20 sec. After activating the effect, Talismans of Empowerment do not appear. Symphony does not stack with other similar effects.Kazuha's signature weapon and the best choice for any role. Greatly buffs the damage of the hero himself, including his charged attacks and attack power, and also significantly strengthens the squad. Kazuha's gameplay makes it easy to activate the sword's passive effects.
Xiphos’ Moonlight
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
42 ~ 510
Elemental Mastery:
36 ~ 165
Every 10 sec. the following effect is triggered: Characters equipped with this weapon gain 0,036-0,072% Power Recovery per point of their own Elemental Mastery for 12 seconds. Nearby allies gain 30% of this effect. If other members of the squad also have this weapon, the bonus is cumulative. This effect works even if the character is not on the battlefield.Best of 4* Swords for Kazuha: Grants Elemental Mastery, increases Energy Recovery, allowing you to activate your Ultimate more often, while filling allies with Energy. The only downside is that the weapons are limited and not easy to get, especially with awakenings.
Aquila Favonia
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
41 ~ 454
Energy recovery:
13,3% ~ 61,3%
Every 12 seconds, critical attacks have a 60-100% chance to create elemental particles that restore 6 energy.A good sword for Kazuha, allowing him to fill the team with energy and use his ult more often. However, in this case, the chance of crit. hit must be at least 30% in order to activate the passive effect as often as possible.
Iron Sting
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
42 ~ 510
Elemental Mastery:
36 ~ 165
Elemental damage dealt increases all damage by 6%-12% for 6 seconds. The effect can stack up to 2 times. Can occur no more than 1 time per second.Craft free sword and signature weapon replacement. Unfortunately, it does not buff allies in any way, but it has the main elemental mastery stat, which is important for Kazuha. The passive is also easily activated through the constant use of the E-shki.
Sacrificial SwordSacrificial Sword
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
41 ~ 454
Energy recovery:
13,3% ~ 61,3%
Hitting an enemy with an elemental skill has a 40-80% chance to instantly reset the cooldown of that skill. The effect works every 30-16 seconds.A kind of replacement for the first constellation, as it works in a similar way: it rolls back the E-shka, allowing you to activate it again. In the substat, it has energy recovery, which also makes it easier to activate the ult on the rollback.
Toukabou ShigureToukabou Shigure
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
42 ~ 510
Elemental Mastery:
36 ~ 165
On hitting enemies, inflicts a Cursed Umbrella effect on one of them for 10 seconds, which occurs every 15 seconds. If an enemy hit by this effect dies before it ends, the cooldown will be refreshed. Damage against enemies affected by Cursed Umbrella is increased by 16% -32%.Similar in many ways to the Steel Sting, but more narrowly focused and designed to fight against the 1st enemy, for example, the boss. For this purpose, it looks better, but in other cases, it is better to give preference to the Sting, the sword of Favonius or the Ceremonial One-Hand.
Ferry Flev Sandre (F2P)

Basic attack:
42-510
Energy recovery:
10-45,9%
Increases crit chance. elemental skill hits 8-16%. In addition, after using an elemental skill, energy recovery is increased by 16-32% for 5 sec.The sword completely covers Kazuha’s needs for energy restoration, allowing her to concentrate on elemental mastery in her artifacts. A good option if you have a lot of MS in your equipment and you can’t ult on cooldown.
Flash in the darkFlash in the dark
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
45 ~ 620
Elemental Mastery:
12 ~ 55
Increases character damage by 12%-24%. After taking damage, the effect disappears for 5 seconds.A high base attack is not useful for Kazuha playing through elemental mastery, however, the weapon substat, although not high, will still be useful. Suitable if the artifacts already have a lot of MS, and other weapons for some reason cannot be given to Kazuha.
Dark Iron SwordDark Iron Sword
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
39 ~ 401
Elemental Mastery:
31 ~ 141
Increases attack power by 20% for 12 sec. when inflicting the statuses Overload, Superconductor, Charged or Electro Dissipation. The most easily accessible sword, which in a single copy can be obtained directly in the game by talking to the trader Sharp Chen in the harbor of Li Yue. Grants a decent amount of elemental mastery and increases dispel attack, which is a good option for Kazuha.

Weapons to build Kazuha through crit. chance and crit. damage

Of Kazuha's weapons, which will perform well in a crit build, you can consider the following options:

Within 20 sec. after activating the effect, Talismans of Encouragement will not appear. Allows you to focus on crits when selecting artifacts.
Cleaving MistCleaving Mist
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:
48 ~ 674
Critical Damage:
 9,6 ~ 44,1%
All types of elemental damage gain a 12-24% bonus to damage and strength Mistbreaker Emblems. At emblem levels 1, 2, or 3, the character gains 8-16%, 16-32%, or 28-56% bonus to their elemental damage. Getting 1 emblem occurs in the following cases:
  1. when dealing elemental damage with a normal attack (lasts 5 seconds);
  2. when applying an elemental explosion (lasts 10 seconds);
  3. when elemental energy is below 100%, and this emblem level lasts until all energy is restored. The duration of each level is calculated individually.
A good option if you need more skill damage. The sword will allow Kazuha to increase his own damage from all abilities and will give a lot of crits. But keep in mind that due to the lack of infusion on normal attacks, Kazuha will not be able to get all three stacks.

Kazuha will not be able to implement the buff to normal attacks without C6, since before this constellation he only uses falling attacks, but he will receive an elemental skill boost.

Can be used if it's the only weapon on a crit. a chance on the account, but there is no point in specifically knocking out.
The Black Sword
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:

The effect can appear once every 5 seconds. If you purchase the Battle Pass and don't have the weapons listed above, you can use the Black Sword, which will balance out Kazuha's stats a bit. In addition, it will come in handy in teams with a weak healer or shielder, as it will make it possible to restore some health.

This effect has a chance to occur every 8 sec.A good free option for Kazuha due to the lack of problems with the implementation of the passive. Also, the damage from the ability of the weapon is useful at the initial ranks, when the characters are still poorly pumped and any damage will make the game easier to pass.
Harbinger of Dawn R5
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basic attack:

Critical Damage:
10,2%-46,9%
Increases crit chance. hitting 14%-28% at HP above 90%.A valid option for crit balance, but requires a strong shield or careful play, as well as an attack buffer in the team.

Best Artifacts

When choosing artifacts for Kazuha, you need to consider several important nuances:

  • Since Kazuha plays exclusively in elemental teams, his squad must have a set emerald shadow to cut the resists of enemies. If there is another Anemo character of the element who acts as the carrier of this set, then Kazuha can be given a combined hodgepodge or another set. If there is no second Anemo hero, then from the point of view of the total damage of the whole team, the Viridescent Venerer will be the right choice.
  • Set Instructor will give a smaller increase in unit damage than Viridescent Venerer, so it is advisable to use it only in Dendro units or at low adventure ranks. We will tell you more about how you can profitably play Kazuha in Dendro teams below.

The hero does not have a large assortment to choose from sets, so choosing Kazuha's artifacts is quite simple.

NameEffectsRecommendation
Viridescent VenererViridescent Venerer
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2 parts: Anemo damage bonus +15%.
4 parts: Dispel status damage is increased by 60%. For 10 sec. Reduces enemy elemental resistance by 40% when Dispel interacts with another element
The best set for Kazuha in any role, as it gives +15% Anemo damage bonus to the hero himself, and also increases the damage from Dispel by 60% and reduces the resistance of enemies to the absorbed element. This allows Kazuha to significantly strengthen the squad.
Gilded Dreams

2 parts: Elemental Mastery +80 points.
4 parts: After calling the elemental reaction, the character receives a buff for 8 seconds. For each hero of their element in the squad, they get 14% attack power, and for each owner of a different element - 50 elemental mastery points. The effect works no more than once every 1 seconds and can appear even if the owner of the set is not on the battlefield.
The best option for a sub-dp and hybrid build if the team already has another Anemo character with an Viridescent Venerer set, and Kazuha needs to overclock both blow damage and his own.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2 parts: Anemo damage bonus 15%.
4 parts: After being hit by a charged strike, attack speed is increased by 10% and the damage of normal, charged and falling attacks is increased by 40% for 15 seconds.
Kit to boost Kazuha's own damage output, mainly his falling attacks. But it is worth noting that the hero will receive a significant increase from the set only if he has C6. Hit a full set on smaller constellations - too expensive an investment that will not pay for itself.
Noblesse ObligeNoblesse Oblige

2 parts: Elemental Explosion Damage +20%.
4 parts: Activating an elemental explosion increases the attack power of all party members by 20% for 12 seconds. The effect does not stack.
Not a bad option on Kazuha if the team lacks attack power and at the same time there is a set carrier emerald shadow. Increases damage over time from elemental explosions.

Squads for Kazuha

Kazuha is versatile and suitable for any team where there are elements that Anemo can absorb. At the same time, in contrast to sucrose, benefiting from increasing the elemental mastery of the squad, Kazuha also excels in mono-elemental teams.

Best characters

Characters for Kazuha's units should be Pyro, Hydro, Cryo and Electro elements, since only with these elements it is possible to perform the Dispel reaction and give the allies a buff for the corresponding elemental damage. This makes it much easier for Kazuha to build a team, since any hero of the listed elements will be able to play with him. In addition, since the samurai closes the buffer function himself, for a harmonious squad he needs a main damage dealer, a sub-DD with passive damage and a healer or a shield.

Hydro squads

Due to the lack of a large number of Hydro damage dealers, Hydro teams for Kazuha most often contain heroes of other elements and elemental reactions.

Electro Squads

The game has a wide selection of Electro characters of different roles to create teams that are greatly enhanced by Kazuha.

Units with Anemo Resonance

Even though Kazuha single-handedly covers all the needs of the team from the hero of his element, teams with an Anemo ally provide a fast and fun game thanks to Anemo Resonance and constant control of enemies.

Character 1Character 2Character 3Character 4Features

Klee Klee YanfeiYanfeiMonaMonaVentiVentiKazuhaKazuhaVenti and Kazuha will ensure the concentration of enemies in one place, Mona will help create a Steam reaction by coloring the Anemo characters in Hydro, and increase the damage of Pyro damage due to Omen. Dendro detachments

Despite the fact that Kazuha is not able to strengthen the heroes of the elemental Dendro, he can still be used in such units under certain conditions:

  • We need a character for the screed, and in the team most of the damage is done by the Dendro hero. In this case, wear a set on Kazuha Instructorto give a buff to the main damage dealer, and constantly use his ultimate, after coloring it in the element of one of the allies.
  • The base of the team is the Electro hero, and the Dendro ally is used only to create the Stim reaction and increase the damage. In this case, Kazuha will perfectly complement the squad with another buff to the damage dealer.

An approximate structure for building similar commands for Kazuha:

Character 1Character 2Character 3Character 4Features
Al-Haytham
Kaveh
Fischl
beidou
Kokomi
Barbara
KazuhaKazuhaAn example of how a squad works with any Dendro damage dealer. Kazuha increases elemental mastery with the Instructor set, pulls enemies together and ult provides regular Hydro status to create Budding. The Viridescent Venerer set is not needed here, since buffing Fischl and Kokomi will bring less benefit than the MC for the entire squad.
Yae Miko
Raiden
Fischl
beidou
KazuhaKazuhaBai Zhu
Kirara
A Stim squad with Electro DPS, which is enhanced by Kazuha. In such Dendro commands, the element is used not to deal damage, but to increase the damage of Electro main-dd. For this reason, the Dendro character should play the role of a support and be a healer or a shield.

How to play as Kazuha

Kazuha distributes buffs and deals damage with elemental skill, falling attacks and ult. He does not have abilities that would separately strengthen the team when activated, the main condition for obtaining the buff is the creation of the Dispel reaction. As much as possible, Kazuha can inflate two elements if you know the nuances and follow the rotation.

Rotation for commands through elemental reactions

Kazuha's rotation in a squad with at least two damage dealers of different elements is as follows:

  1. Choose a damage dealer whose element is the second most important in the squad, and hang an elemental status on the enemy for it.
  2. Switch to Kazuha, activate an elemental skill and a falling attack, distributing a bonus of this element.
  3. Make active the damageer whose element you want to paint Kazuha's ultimate. Hit with an elemental attack for him so that the status remains on the enemy.
  4. Switch back to Kazuha and use his ult. It will absorb the element and turn into it, and also provide allies with an affix for the damage of this element.
  5. Use the skills and attacks of the rest of the team, dealing damage. When Kazuha's buff wears off or the screed is needed again, start with paragraph 1. If the status of the desired element remains on the enemy, then you can continue with paragraph 2.

Separately, we single out the reactions Freezing и charged.

  • If you play a team consisting of Cryo and Hydro heroes, and at the same time experience problems with survivability, then Kazuha's ult is better to paint in the element that is not enough in the team. For example, if there is only one Hydro hero in the squad, then the ult is better to do Hydro. This way you will be able to maintain a more stable Freeze on enemies due to Kazuha's elemental burst damage over time.
  • In commands from the Charged reaction, you can immediately activate both the elemental skill and the ult, without interrupting to switch heroes. There is no point in applying statuses separately due to the fact that both elements are present on enemies during the Charged reaction, and Kazuha immediately distributes two buffs.

Rotation for monoelemental commands

Kazuha's rotation for mono-element commands is much simpler, since it does not require separate inflating of several elements.

  1. Place an elemental status on an enemy for any hero on the team.
  2. Switch to Kazuha, use the elemental skill to group the opponents and apply the elemental damage buff. Use your ult right after that. If there is the first constellation, then once again activate the element. skill.
  3. Return to the allies, use all the power-ups and protect the team with a shield or heal.
  4. Deal the main damage for the main damage dealer until the buff wears off or a screed is needed. After that start with paragraph 1 or 2, depending on the condition of the enemies.

Сonclusion

Kazuha is one of the best heroes in the game and definitely worth spending. primogems and investments. He performs well at short and long distances in battle, does not have critical problems and significantly strengthens his allies. Kazuha has already proven that he will not lose relevance over time, will fit into almost any team, and will also facilitate the exploration of the world, making adventures in Teyvat even more comfortable.
