Hermits в Genshin impact - a special faction of mercenaries operating in the territory Sumeru. They are divided into many groups, some of which are extremely hostile to the Traveler. Often, mercenaries go in large groups, rarely 1-2 people.

Types of hermits: how to win

Ordinary hermits

Hatchet

  • Hatchet - Hermit Girl often makes one or two swings with her axe, and sometimes throws sand at the player, imposing a visual effect (like the Gravedigger throwing earth).

Hermit: Blazing Ice

Hermit: Blazing IceHermit flaming ice is a special opponent who owns Cryo Element. This enemy has 20% reduced resistance to physical damage and 10% increased resistance to all elements. He, unlike ordinary opponents, has a large list of skills with elemental damage:

  • The Flaming Ice fuses its blades and then performs a circular sweeping attack, dealing damage in an area.
  • The enemy first strikes twice with his swords, then performs a circular attack, dealing damage.
  • When Burning Ice's health drops below 70%, it can go into an enhanced state. His attacks will become stronger, as well as resistance to interrupts. This buff lasts 20 seconds, after which the current attack will be interrupted, and he enemy is stunned for 8 seconds.
  • The hermit joins his blades and throws them in a vertical wheel that flies a short distance and returns to him. Attack is used only when empowered.
  • Flaming Ice also joins its blades and throws them in a horizontal wheel that circles and returns to it. The attack is applied only in enhanced form.

  • If the player is far away, the Hermit begins to make a "wheel", hitting everyone in the way with a Hydro effect.
  • When her health drops below 70%, it becomes empowered, gaining increased damage and resistance to interrupt attacks. This state lasts 20 seconds, after which her ongoing attack is canceled and the girl herself stunned for 8 seconds.
  • The spring in the sands performs the first combo, but at the end it makes a cross-cut.
  • The girl quickly hits vertically, then horizontally, and at the end she crosses her blades and makes a lunge.
  • The enemy performs a water wheel, after which he crosses his weapon and makes a dash.

Hermit: Burning Thunder

blazing thunder is an "elite" member of the Hermits and owns Electro element. This unit has 20% reduced resistance to physical damage and 10% increased resistance to all elements. Like his special allies, he has a wide array of elemental damage skills:

  • Performs a spinning kick.
  • Slowly raises his axe, after which he hits the enemy three times.
  • If the player is far away, the Hermit will jump towards his enemy and perform two spinning strikes.
  • If Burning Thunder's health is lower 70%, it will enter an enhanced state. In this "form" he hits harder and becomes more resistant to being interrupted by his attacks. State lasts 20 seconds, after which Hermit will be stunned for 8 seconds, and his ongoing attack will be interrupted.

Hermit: Windhunter

Windhunter is an elite enemy that wields the Anemo element. Upon receiving a certain amount of damage, releases an evil kite spirit. Has both normal and special attacks:

  • creates an Anemo spear and strikes in front of him;
  • performs a triple combo with an Anemo spear;
  • if the character is standing in the distance, he will sharply approach and strike with a spear;
  • shoots an Anemo arrow at the hero;
  • jumps up and creates a sucking funnel, and then shoots it;
  • kite spirit combo: creates a large sucking funnel and fires an area-of-effect Anemo arrow.

Hermit: Stone Enchanter

Stone Enchanter - A Geo Deserter who is an elite enemy. After losing a certain amount of health, summons the evil spirit of the stone dragon. Has a variety of attacks:

  • releases two Geo waves at the character;
  • triple combo: two hits of Geo with a sword and Geo waves;
  • spinning attack: approaches the hero and additionally strikes at the end;
  • jumps up and hits Geo in the area;
  • hits Geo with a sword once only after summoning the dragon;
  • creates a Geo shield only after summoning a dragon;
  • Triple Earthquake: Bounces and hits the area, then the dragon crawls out of the sand and falls, also dealing extensive damage.

Hermit: Burning Narrator

This desert girl attacks Pyro with elements. Blazing Narrator has 20% reduced physical damage resistance, and 10% increased resistance to all elemental damage. The features of the opponent are as follows:

  • at a certain point in the battle, she summons a scorpion spirit. He also deals damage to Pyro, and if he is destroyed, the owner will stop acting for a while and go into a weakened state;
  • launches four Pyro projectiles into the air, which fly up and fall on the character from above;
  • releases several fiery spheres at a time, aiming at the hero.

Hermit: Leaf Circle Dancer

The Leaf Circle Dancer wields the Dendro element. Her physical resistance is reduced by 20%, and her elemental resistance is increased by 10% to all elements. Has the following features:

  • after receiving some damage, it releases a serpent spirit out. He hits the hero with the Dendro element, and after overcoming him, the hermit stops attacking and finds herself in a weakened state;
  • in battle, launches two rotating circles, falling under which, the character will receive Dendro damage;
  • throws Dendro a circle towards the hero;
  • Able to teleport short distances.

Where to find Hermits on Sumeru and Desert map in Genshin Impact [farming routes]

You can find group members in each location in Sumeru, only in some places they did not set up their camps. In the following paragraphs, we will show in detail convenient routes for farming.

Jungle Lokapal

В Jungle Lokapal there are relatively few Hermits: they set up only 5 camps, in total you will find up to 16 opponents there. 3 "clumps" of enemies are located close to each other, up to 2 others can be run or moved to teleports nearby.

Move to the teleport located to the west of Statues of the Archon. At the first mark, you will immediately find the bandit camp.

Follow the southeast, under the huge mushrooms there are many paths trodden along which the Hermits patrol. Defeat them and move on.

From the second point, move west towards the coast. Run past the Fatui camp and approach the fork in the river (or move to the nearest teleporter). Several Hermits are almost always found by the boat, and one is on the rock to the right.

West of Forests of Motiyaima there is a teleport on the rock, around which the road is laid. In the southeast of this cliff, next to the path, you will find the Hermits' camp. Clear it and go to the last point in this location.

The last point is located slightly above the northernmost teleport in the Lokapal Jungle. Move to the right place and go north: several Hermits patrol along the paths, which will give red silk.

Vanarana

In the most Varanare, thanks to the aranars, you will not be able to meet a single Hermit. But in the nearby territories and paths, it will be possible to find 8 places of accumulation of these enemies. In total, you will find 28 enemies in the location, giving red silk.

The first point can be easily reached if you move to the marked teleport in the south of Vanarans. Run along the cliff to the north and you will immediately see the first outpost of the Hermits. Clear it and inspect the road nearby: there are often patrols on it.

Move along the path to the west, at the entrance to one of the caves you will see the structure of the Hermits, and nearby the enemies themselves.

Go a little further and on the right side you will find another camp of these opponents.

Head to the teleport located west of Statues of the Archon in Vanaran. Move along the path to the south, on the left side you will see a small halt of the Hermits.

Follow the same path to the south, before reaching the crossroads, you will find another Hermit halt, but this one is larger. Clean it up and move on.

If you turn off the path to the east, then on the neighboring island you will see another group of Hermits.

Return to the previous path and go straight south towards the river. On the other side, the Hermits have broken another "base", do not lose your chance and farm a little red silk.

Return to the road and follow it to the west. Not far from the place where the path begins to meander, you will find several houses in which the Hermits live.

Vishuddhi meadows

В Vishuddhi meadows have 11 points, where Hermits live, among them there are 3 especially large ones.

From the north Statues of the Archon go down to the south and you will immediately see a huge Hermit camp. Stock up on food and take a healer, then go to exterminate enemies and farm Red Silk. Going a little to the east, you will find another house.

Follow the path further east and find a small Hermit camp.

Go to Pond of Yazadah near Sumeru City to find some more enemies at the boat dock.

Fourth point located on the crossing from Gandharva to Pardis Dhyai. On one of the banks of the river, you will find the Hermits' boathouse.

From the previous camp, head north: in shallow water you will find another boat with enemies.

In the place shown above, there is occasionally a lone Hermit, but if you need to farm quickly, then do not waste time on this point.

Move to teleport in the north of Jasna's Monument and face south: you will immediately see several enemies. From the same place, go north, to the road: from the cliff you will see a large "base" of the Hermits.

From this camp, head southwest. Run more often and find another "base" of the Hermits, but already a little smaller.

Teleport to the Archon Statue located between Apam Thicket and Pardis Dhyai. From it, go to the northwest, in the lowland you will find an enemy camp.

From the previous point, run to the southwest, to a huge plain under the Yasna Monument. On the map, this place has two underground anchorages. All this territory is under the control of the Hermits: huge bases and patrols on the paths.

Ardravi Valley

В Ardravi valley has 5 places, where the Hermits live: 3 of them on Mount Devantaki, where you first need to climb.

Move to the marked teleporter, go down, defeat a few Hermits, then return to the teleporter and climb to the top of the mountain.

Two points are on northern part of Mount Devantaki. Immediately notice the Hermit camps: a huge sandstone building, next to which a few more enemies are seated. We recommend that you first deal with those opponents who are watching the yaks.

Move to the teleport located northwest of Port Ormos. Move to the north and already from the cliff you will notice two large camps of the Hermits.

Land Ashavan

There are two major routes in Ashavan Land, within which you can visit 5 Hermit gathering places. All of them are located west of Apam Thicket.

Move to the teleport located under the Yasna Monument. While on the mountain, move to the east: the Hermits camp is set up below.

After that, from the same mountain, go west. On both sides of the trail, the Hermits patrol, and in some places their "bases" are located.

Move to teleport south of Dahri Ruins. From it, move east, to the small "palace" of the Hermits.

After clearing the previous point, go north, down the serpentine. Along the way, you will meet the first outpost of the Hermits, where several enemies live.

Walk along the same path further, to the side dungeons Tower of Contemptible Pride. There is another point guarded by the Hermits.

Land of Lower Setekh

In the Land of Lower Setekh, there are 5 main places where the hermits are most concentrated. Single opponents can be found almost everywhere in the region.

In Haj-nisut, deserters roam to the west of the ruins, below the teleportation point.

In the village of Aaru, you will find a group of enemies on the hills east of the Statue of the Archons.

In the Pit of Abju, robbers are spread around dungeons Red Desert Threshold.

Also in the southern environs of Yama Abju you will see several clusters of opponents on the rocks.

In Dar al-Shifa, the mercenaries are located in the ruins of buildings, on roofs and stone ledges.

Land of Upper Setekh

In the Land of Upper Setekh, the deserters can be found at 4 main points. In addition, the enemies are scattered throughout almost the entire territory of the region in small quantities.

A lot of hermits are inside the pit to the northeast of the Statue of the Archons.

There is a group of opponents in a lowland in the north of Lamb Eater Rock, east of a small oasis.

There is a mercenary gathering point to the east of obelisk, right above the underground teleporter.

Enemies are also common around the teleporter at Lamb Eater Rock.

Desert Colonnade

There are not many hermits in the Desert of Colonnades. Most of them live on the surface, in the lowlands of the hills and near the ruins.

On the hill next to the Statue of the Archons, you will come across enemy camps.

According Dune Feast look for hermits near the hills and small ruins.

In the west of the Colonnades there is a group of enemies near the oasis next to obelisk.

Many mercenaries gathered in the rooms and corridors of the underground ruins for Magma Dune.

Where to find hermits in Hadramavet Desert

South Hadramavet

In the south of the desert, mercenaries are concentrated in places of stone ruins, as well as on gentle sandy slopes.

On the slope north of the Statue of the Archons in Camp Tanith, you will find several groups of hermits.

In the ruins of Wadi al-Majuj, on stone towers and platforms, you can meet opponents.

In the west of Safkh Shatranj there are two desert camps, one is located at the teleport in ruins, and the second is along the stone paths just above the ruins.

East Hadramavet

In the east of Hadramavet, mercenaries settle in camps along the roads, here you can find several large concentrations of enemies.

In the Steel Dunes, south of the teleport, the robbers set up one shelter.

West of the Steel Dunes and north of Qusayr al-Inhid, in the ruins along the road, you will find another desert halt.

There are a bunch of mercenaries in the west of Ghoul Pass. They roam along the trail or are at the tents set up on wooden platforms.

There is also an enemy concentration point in the south of the Ghoul Pass, in a tent on a hill.

Northwest of the region

In the Desert Northwest, the enemies are mostly concentrated on the surface, their camps are mostly found along the roads. In addition, there are two underground farming points in the Panjwah Ruins.

In the north of the Earth of three channels, a handful of enemies place their shelters along the roads.

To the east in this location, the hermits settle under the tree cliffs and on the peaks of the hills.

Also in the Land of Three Channels there are tents with hermits along the paths closer to the center of Hadramavet.

Near the road in the north of the Break-legs Valley, before reaching its fork, you will stumble upon a halt of mercenaries.

In the Panjwah Ruins, two enemy camps can be found below the surface. They are located in the north, near the path that leads to the exit outside.

After defeating the Hermits, you can get Faded, Banded or Goldenweave Red Silk, depending on the level of the enemy:
