Abilities
Despite being a Catalyst wielder, Heizo's fighting style is more of a melee combat style where he attacks enemies with strikes filled with Anemo damage. Therefore, the character's gameplay is unique in its own way. Explosion of the elements allows you to collect enemies in a bunch, and elemental skill aimed at dealing damage and gaining stacks.
Let's consider all Heizo's skills in more detail and tell you in what order it is better to pump them.
Basic skills (active skills)
- Fudo fighting style (normal, charged and falling attack)
Normal Attack: Makes up to 5 hits, empowered by the wind.
Charged Attack: At the cost of stamina, perform one swift strike with increased Anemo damage.
Falling Attack: Gathers wind energy and flies down rapidly, attacking everyone in its path. At the end deals Anemo damage in an area.
- Heart Kill (Elemental Skill)
Cooldown: 10 sec.
Quick Tap: Unleashes a rushing Heart Kill that deals Anemo damage.
Long press: Gathers a charge and attacks with a more powerful blow. Upon gaining a charge, an effect appears Deviations, enhancing the effect of Heart Kill. If the skill button is released or the charge runs out, dashes forward and attacks with Anemo's power.
Deviation:
- Increases the damage of the next Heart Slay hit (stacks up to 4 times).
- At the 4th stack of Deflection, the effect occurs Correct opinion, which additionally increases the damage of the following attacks, and also increases the area of effect.
- Hurricane Strike (Elemental Explosion)
Cooldown: 12 sec.
Energy consumption: 40
Launches into the air and performs an explosive Fudo-style Void Projectile attack:
- Is being created hurricane tunnel, which draws enemies and objects into itself and deals Anemo damage in an area.
- If enemies have Electro/Hydro/Pyro/Cryo status, Void Projectile applies eye of the hurricane. When it explodes, it deals area damage with the corresponding element.
- Eye of the Hurricane can only be cast on 4 opponents simultaneously. The same enemy can only be affected by one element.
The order of pumping
When pumping Heizo, you need to increase everything three talents up to at least level 6. All skills are aimed at dealing damage and are interconnected, however, the elemental skill contributes the highest damage. In addition, it is important to take into account the composition of Heizo's team: if he plays in a squad where most of the damage comes from allies, then it is better to focus on the elemental skill and ult. If the team has buffers for damage or the speed of normal attacks, then it also makes sense to develop them above level 6. Thus, the priority of leveling Heizo's talents looks like this:
- elemental skill > elemental explosion > normal attacks.
Passive skills
Talent | What gives |
---|---|
Prior guilt | While sprinting, reduces the active hero's stamina consumption by 20%. Does not stack with similar bonuses. |
Paradoxical doctrine | When Heizo, as an active character, invokes the Dispel effect, he instantly gains 1 level of Deflection. Occurs no more than once every 0,1 seconds. |
Breakthrough argumentation | After hitting an enemy with Heartslay (elemental skill), increase the elemental mastery of all team members by 80. within 10 sec. The effect does not extend to Heizo himself. |
Constellations
key constellation, which is useful for Heizo in all positions - C1, since in this case it is enough for the hero to enter the battlefield in order to already receive 1 level of Deflection of the elemental skill. In general, all constellations are aimed at increasing the character's own damage, so it is advisable to build on the desired additions:
- If you want more dispel damage and a stronger screed, we recommend that you pay attention to C2 и С4 - this will increase the effect of the ult and allow you to use it more often.
- If you want to increase your own damage Heizo, then the best constellation will be C6, since it gives critical damage and a critical chance when using an elemental skill, which, without additional bonuses, has high damage rates.
number | Name | Materials |
---|---|---|
1 | Young Investigator's Journal | After Heizo enters combat, his normal attack speed is increased by 15% for 5 seconds. He also gains 1 stack of Deflection Heart Kill (e-skill). Occurs no more than once every 10 seconds. |
2 | Investigation Compilation | Tempest Elemental Burst Tunnel pulls enemies in harder and its duration is increased to 1 second. |
3 | Book of mysterious riddles | Increases elemental skill level by 3. Max. level: 15 |
4 | Collection of idle talk | The first explosion of the Eye of the Hurricane (ultimate effect) restores Heizo 9 points. energy. Each subsequent explosion restores an additional 1,5 points. In total, Sikanoin can receive up to 13,5 units of energy in this way. |
5 | Forbidden Hall Archive | Increases elemental explosion level by 3. Max. level: 15 |
6 | Description of strange evidence | Each stack of Elemental Skill Deflection gained increases Critical Chance. hit by Heart Kill by 4%. When Heizo has a Right mind, crt. This strike's damage is increased by 32%. |
Advantages and disadvantages
Shikanoin Heizou is quite a handy hero who can play in many teams. In general, he is not picky about builds, but in some builds of Heizo, a lot of attention and consideration of certain features are needed.
Advantages | Disadvantages |
Inexpensive ult (only 40 units of energy). There is no need to look for energy recovery in artifacts or take weapons for this stat. | For maximum damage from an elemental skill, you need to gain levels (stacks). This requires obtaining a constellation and observing rotation. |
Unusual gameplay for a hero wielding a catalyst. | The constellations focus only on buffing Heizo himself, which slightly limits his potential as a support hero. |
A powerful elemental skill that, with 4 stacks collected, can deal from 910% damage for a lvl 8 talent. | Despite the fact that a significant part of Heizo's damage comes from auto-attacks, it is quite difficult to fully disperse the damage from them. It requires a lot of investment and good supports. |
Increases mastery of the elements squad thanks to a passive skill. | |
It has, albeit not the strongest, but its own screed. This allows you not to take the second Anemo hero into the squad and makes the fight easier. |
Leveling Heizo
Let's take a closer look at all the materials and resources that are necessary for pumping Heizo's talents and his rise.
Elevation
The required amount of resources to ascend Heizo to level 90:
- Runic Fang - resource per kill Ruin Snake в fault.
- Onikabuto - curiosities of Inazuma in the form of beetles that live on tree trunks.
- Seals of the Treasure Thieves, Silver and Golden Ravens - can be obtained by defeating Treasure thieves.
- Shards, fragments, pieces and gems turquoise Wayuda - obtained by defeating world bosses Magoo Kenky, Anemo Hypostasis и Downed Seteha... Among weekly bosses this material can be issued Storm Terror (Dwalin) и Wolf Lord (Andrius).
- 420.000 Mora.
- 421 hero experience.
Talents
Heizo's talents will also need seals from the Reavers, and besides them:
- Books of talents about "Frailty" from the dungeon violet garden in Inazuma (farming days: Monday, Thursday, Sunday).
- Meaning of Aeons - boss material Puppet Shogun Raiden. If there are not enough resources, you can recraft unnecessary ones using Solvent of dreams.
- To increase the talent to level 10, you will need Crown of Wisdom (Insight).
- 1.653.000 Mora for one talent.
To simplify the calculation of resources, you can use upgrade material calculator.
Best builds for Heizo in Genshin Impact
Despite the fact that Heizo can play in different teams, the principles for choosing a build for him are about the same. This greatly simplifies the assembly of Heizo, since he does not need to be “dressed up” every time to play with him in a different squad.
Recommended characteristic value
Heizo needs crit. chance/crit. damage, Attack Power и mastery of the elements. Ideally, you should keep a balance of all three characteristics, since, however, depending on the allies, his elemental mastery stat may depreciate. This happens in teams where his damage is accelerated primarily through crits and there are no sub-dps that inflict an elemental status for dispel from the pocket.
Characteristics that are recommended to look for in artifacts:
Artifact | Main characteristic | Additional stats |
---|---|---|
HP (permanent) | Attack Power % Crete. damage / Crit Chance. hits Elemental Mastery Energy Recovery % | |
Attack Power (Permanent) | Attack Power % Crete. damage / Crit Chance. hits Elemental Mastery Energy Recovery % | |
Elemental Mastery / Attack Power % | Crete. damage Crit chance. hits Attack Power % / Elemental Mastery Energy Recovery % | |
Bonus Anemo Damage % | Crete. damage Crit chance. hits Attack Power % Elemental Mastery / Energy Recovery % | |
Elemental Mastery / Crit. damage / crit chance hits | Crete. damage / Crit Chance. Hits / Elemental Mastery Attack Power % Energy Recovery % |
Optimal characteristic values:
- ATK: from 1500 units and above.
- Elemental Mastery: from 100-150 units.
- Chance of crit and crit. damage: Ratio 1:2 (60 Ksh and 120 KU) or higher.
- Energy recovery: 120% is the maximum. Heizo does not need to gain a large amount of this stat.
Best weapon
Weapons for Heizo must contain crit stats. chance/crit. damage, attack power, and elemental mastery. His ultimate is cheap, so it makes no sense to take a weapon to restore energy for it. For the best build of Heizo, it is necessary to maintain a balance between artifacts and weapons so that the catalyst adds the missing stats.
Name | Description | Recommendation |
---|---|---|
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 46-608 Critical Damage Chance 7,2-33,1% | Guardianship of the winds Increases movement speed by 10%. During combat, every 4 seconds grants an 8-16% bonus elemental damage, stacking up to 4 times, and ends when the character dies or leaves the battlefield. | Great weapon with great base attack and crit. chance. Passively increases elemental damage, which is exactly what Heizo needs. But keep in mind that the catalyst is not suitable for the sup-dd role, as it requires being on the battlefield for max. damage. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 48-674 ATK 7,2-33,1% | blessing of the clouds Increases elemental damage bonus by 12-24%. When hit with a normal attack, there is a 50% chance to gain a blessing of clouds that attacks nearby enemies for 15 seconds and deals 160-320% attack. May occur once every 30 seconds. | The perfect weapon for Heizo in any role and has no conditions for increasing elemental damage. However, crit. chance and crit. damage will have to be sought in artifacts. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 46-608 Critical Damage 14,4%-66,2% | Sacred Sakura Kagura Using an elemental skill grants the character equipped with this weapon the Kagura Dance effect, which increases the damage of their elemental skill by 12%~24%. This effect lasts for 16 seconds. and can stack up to 3 times. At level 3 of the effect, the character gains a 12%~24% bonus damage with all elements. | A good alternative to the previous legendary weapons is a high increase in crit. damage, elemental damage bonus. However, it may take time to get the maximum number of stacks. Therefore, in long battles (from 20 sec.), the catalyst shows itself best. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 48-674 Critical Chance 4,8-22,1% | Increases attack power by 16-32%. When a character's current HP increases or decreases, for 4 sec. Normal attack damage increases by 16-32%, and a charged attack - by 14-28%. The effect stacks up to 3 times and occurs no more than once every 1 sec. When an equipped character gains 0,3 levels, attack speed increases by 3%. | Although the weapon is not easy to use, it has powerful bonuses and suits the character's mechanics well. Crete. chance will help balance the character's characteristics, and high attack power will lay a solid foundation of damage. The passive ability does not last long, but without a cooldown, so you can play in any convenient rotation. Activating a special effect increases the damage of normal and charged attacks and attack speed. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 42-510 Critical Damage 12% ~ 55,1% | Debut When switching to a character, a random melody plays for 10 seconds. The effect works every 30 seconds:
| Despite the randomness of the buffs received, all of them are needed by Heizo in one way or another, so the catalyst pays for itself. In addition, it gives quite a lot of crit. damage. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic attack: 44 ~ 565 Attack Power: 6% ~ 27,6% | Unfinished Masterpiece Activating an elemental skill increases the damage bonus of all elements by 8-16% for 15 sec. and imposes Life Debt equal to 24% of max. HP. The effect can occur once every 10 seconds. When Life Debt is removed, bonus damage with all elements for 15 sec. increases by 2-4% for every 1000 units given. Life Debt HP. The all-element damage bonus gained this way cannot exceed 12-24%. | Crafted weapons that have attack power and elemental damage bonus. The elemental skill will need to be used at the very beginning of the rotation to get the maximum benefit from the passive. Considering that the buffs last longer than the E-shka rolls back, the rotation damage will not be affected. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 41-454 Elemental Mastery 48-221 | Serene Hitting an enemy with an elemental skill has a 40-80% chance to instantly reset the cooldown of this ability. The effect works every 30-16 seconds. | Heizo's e-shka can overclock huge numbers of damage, so its cooldown will definitely not be superfluous. In addition, this will allow more active creation of particles of energy. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 42-510 Critical Hit Chance 6%-27,6% | Divine Light Hits with a normal attack increase the damage of elemental skills and elemental explosion by 20-40% for 6 seconds. Conversely, hits with elemental skills and elemental explosion increase normal attack damage by 20-40% for 6 seconds. | Not a bad weapon from the Battle Pass, especially with awakenings. But it is worth considering that in order to receive elemental buffs, you must first attack with a normal blow, as well as regularly alternate normal and charged attacks. |
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basic attack: 44-542 Elemental Mastery: 58-265 | After activating Dispel, increases Elemental Mastery by 6 sec. 120-240 unit After hitting with an elemental skill, increases MS by 96-192 unit for 9 sec. After being hit by an elemental explosion, increases MS 32-64 units for 30 sec. | An alternative option for a build based on Elemental Mastery. The weapon gives a lot of this stat, allowing you to focus on gaining crits and attack power in artifacts. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basic Attack 44–565 Elemental Mastery 24-110 | Charged Scroll After invoking an elemental reaction, increases the elemental damage bonus by 10-8% for 16 seconds. Stacks up to 2 times. | Free crafting weapons that can be obtained literally from the start of the game. Heizo easily gets all the bonuses, since creating reactions after the fact is the basis of his gameplay. |
Best Artifacts
Among the possible options for choosing artifacts for Heizo, there is not much variety, and basically you have to start from the presence of the second Anemo hero in the team, adventure rank and existing artifacts.
Name | Effects | Recommendation |
---|---|---|
Viridescent Venerer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Anemo damage bonus 15%. 4 parts: Dispel status damage is increased by 60%. For 10 sec. Reduces the enemy's elemental resistance by 40% when Dispel interacts with another element. | The best set for Heizo in any role, as it will passively grant an Anemo damage bonus (+15%), increase Dispel damage by 60%, and reduce enemies' elemental resistance. |
Chronicles of Halls in the Desert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Anemo damage bonus 15%. 4 parts: After being hit by a charged strike, attack speed is increased by 10% and the damage of normal, charged and falling attacks is increased by 40% for 15 seconds. | In the position of a driver (a hero who deals damage with the help of pocket skills of supports), the set will increase the damage of his normal and charged attacks, which he actively uses. However, the damage from Dispel will be significantly lower, so the set should be considered first of all for increasing your own damage. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Increases elemental skill damage by 20%. 4 parts: Increases elemental skill damage by 25%. In addition, when the character is not on the battlefield, the damage of the elemental skill is additionally increased by 25%. After 2 sec. after entering the battle, the effect disappears. | A set to maximize Heizo's damage from an elemental skill. Since the hero acts as a driver and spends most of his time on the battlefield, the usual buff increase will be 45%. It is possible to get 70% only if you hit the E-shock immediately after entering the field, before the second part of the effect disappears. |
Itinerant ensemble / Shimenawa’s Reminiscence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: +80 Elemental Mastery. 2 parts: +18% attack power. | Only bonuses from 2 parts are interesting: +80 units. Elemental Mastery and +18% Attack Power. Can also be combined with Viridescent Venerer and other sets for attack power. Good option for the first time. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Increase elemental skill damage by 20%. 4 parts: Defeating an opponent has a 100% chance to restore the cooldown of an elemental skill. Cooldown: 15 seconds. | A good set to start the game until better sets are found. |
Squads for Heizo
Heizo is a melee catalist with fast attacks that trigger elemental reactions. He needs to constantly be on the battlefield, which is why Heizo's squad is best suited for sub-dds, capable of dealing damage from his pocket.
Best characters
As an Anemo Elemental Hero, Heizo works well with Pyro, Hydro, Electro, and Cryo Elemental Heroes. In some cases, he can also play with Geo, if this character acts as a buffer. It is important to note that Dendro characters, physical, are not suitable for Heizo teams. damage dealers and other main damage dealers that also require a lot of time on the field.

Top Teams
Below we present the compositions of the Heizo teams that show themselves best in battle.
Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
---|---|---|---|---|
- Since Heizo can easily deal Anemo damage and dispel even with normal attacks, he is very flexible, especially in synergy with DPS heroes outside of the battlefield. - Yae Miko, as a secondary Electro dd, has good passive damage and a small elemental skill CD. - Toma provides the team with shield and Pyro Resonance. – Bennet gives healing and increases the attack power of the entire team. | ||||
A squad with Heizo, where he plays through his own Anemo damage thanks to Faruzan's buffs. Bennet additionally increases attack power and heals. Venti provides control. Instead of Venti, you can put Kazuha, Sucrose (also for control) or sup-dd of another element (Xiangling, Yae Miko, Raiden, Beidou, Dehya, Toma, Ye Lan, Xingqiu, etc.). In the second case, Heizo needs elemental mastery in order to effectively dispel. | ||||
An alternative hybrid unit where Heizo deals damage through both Dispelling other elements and personal increased Anemo damage. Xiangling can be replaced with any other character that can deal damage outside of the battlefield. | ||||
Squad through the Charged and Dispel reactions. – Heizo takes the position of the main damage dealer and inflates the Electro and Hydro elements. – Fischl is a good secondary dps and deals damage even when inactive. – Cookie heals and gives extra. How to play Heizo
Heizo's main damage is concentrated in his elemental skill. While holding the skill, Sikanoin starts to accumulate charges Deviations. At level 4, he gets the most powerful buff. Correct opinion, which already at the 8th level of pumping can show numbers from 900% damage and above, which is quite a lot for an epic hero. At the same time, it is relatively easy to gain stacks for the maximum bonus, and it is not at all necessary to hold the skill every time.
However, there is no specific rotation, since the set of stacks depends on the presence of the first constellation, the characteristics of the battle and the team. Below we present the easiest variation to perform.
Rotation
Rotation option to get max. elemental skill level:
- Normal attack - 1 stack.
- Charged attack - 2 stacks.
- Ulta - 3 stacks
- Normal attack again - 4 stacks.
- Elemental Skill.
Explosion of the elements Heizo also deals a lot of damage and has a fast cooldown (12 seconds) and the cost of everything 40 units of energy. Therefore, for maximum damage of Heizo, it is important to press it on cooldown, in addition, its activation also affects the strengthening of stacks.
Сonclusion
Shikanoin Heizou has good potential to take the main dps position in the squad. Although the hero still has special mechanics and conditions that must be observed and taken into account for maximum implementation. He can also act as a sup-dd, but most of his constellations and skills are focused more on dealing his own damage, with the exception of a couple of passive talents.
